FilmyFly Review
The Hrithik vs. Jr NTR face-off is the entire pitch, and War 2 knows it — their confrontations are staged as pure star-vehicle spectacle, and both actors bring the physicality the premise demands. Ayan Mukerji keeps the globe-trotting scale the franchise is known for, and Kiara Advani adds emotional stakes to the mayhem. The plot is functional rather than inspired, but nobody buys a ticket to War 2 for the plot. As a festival action spectacle built around two of Indian cinema’s biggest action stars, it delivers exactly what it promises.
